If you are unable to view the website, you will probably need to either (a) upgrade your browser or (b) change your security settings on the network to accept cookies. (a) is FREE and only takes a few minutes. Log on to http://www.microsoft.com for the latest version of Internet Explorer or if you prefer Netscape, Communicator can be found at http://www.netscape.com. (b) ,however, may mean contacting those technical guys in the basement or the cupboard under the stairs and asking them very very nicely if they would mind terribly just helping out for a second. The website utilises Allaire's ColdFusion which require sessions being set and thus cookies are a neccessity. The cookies do not return sensitive information to QBE, they merely allow the application to run and are rendered useless at the end of each session when you have closed the website.
